• Clothing items may get damaged, altered, or tried on. For hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept them back.

• Many of our garments are custom-fitted, limited edition, or handcrafted pieces, made specially for you.

• Materials and labor are allocated immediately once you place an order.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please email/WhatsApp us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos/video of the issue

• Unboxing video (optional but helps with faster resolution)

• After reviewing, if it’s a genuine manufacturing or dispatch error, we will offer repair, replacement or store credit (as applicable).
